On the left menu you have Finance. Click on finance and you can find expenses category on Finance menu.
How can I add expenses?
Adding expenses should put manually on the software. To add expenses go to expenses page and click + button you see on the page.
How can I edit an expense?
Find the expense you want to edit and click on it. You can add more products. Make changes you want and click save. Here also you can change the status. There are different status: Approved, Paid. If you want to add new products or services click ADD NEW ROW, you can add unlimited products or services.
How can I find expenses?
Click the search icon from the dashboard. You can search expenses by name, number, date or status.
How can I delete an expense?
Go to expenses page and find the expense you want to delete. Select the expense you want to delete and click the recycle bin icon. Click yes on the confirmation page. Caution: Not all of users can delete an invoice. Only users with permissions can delete invoices.
