Where can I find Accounts?

On your left menu you can find Accounts.

How can I add new role?

On your account menu you have roles. Click the ADD NEW button you see there. Give the role permissions you want for that role and click save. 

You can create unlimited role permissions on your account. After making role permissions you can add users.  

How can I add a new user?

Go to user menu and click ADD NEW button that you see there.

Complete the user details as you see below. You must put the correct email address because you will need that if you want to reset the password in the future. At role please pick carefully what permissions you want to give for that user. Click save after making changes.

How can I disable a user?

  1. Go on your user list.

  2. Find the user you want to deactivate and click on it.

  3. Click deactivation button on the user deatils.

  4. After that click save.

How to reset password?

Go on your login page and click Forgot password. Put the username you want to get the password . You will get new a password on the email you put for that user.
