How to connect Webhotelier
Webhotelier is one of HotelBee's four supported channel managers, common in the Greek and broader Balkan market. Once connected, the daily flow mirrors any other channel manager.
Setup
- Get your Webhotelier credentials (API key or username/password depending on your account tier) from the Webhotelier dashboard.
- In HotelBee: Settings → Integrations → Webhotelier. Paste credentials and your property identifier.
- Activate. The integration status flips to active.
- Map HotelBee room types to Webhotelier rooms, rate plans to Webhotelier rate plan codes.
- Push initial inventory and verify on the Webhotelier side.
Daily flow
Saves in HotelBee push automatically; reservations flow back via webhook. Use the manual push/pull buttons after outages or bulk changes. For OTA-side configuration, use Webhotelier's own dashboard — there is no embedded UI inside HotelBee for Webhotelier.
