How to connect Exely

Exely is one of HotelBee's four supported channel managers. Connection is credential-based and the daily operations follow the same pattern as Channex once mapped.

Setup

  1. Gather three values from your Exely account: hotel code, username, password.
  2. In HotelBee: Settings → Integrations → Exely. Enter all three.
  3. Click Activate. The integration status flips to active and the property info loads.
  4. Click Fetch Property Info to confirm the connection sees your hotel as expected (name, address, room count).

Mapping

  1. For each HotelBee room type, pick the matching Exely room from the dropdown. The selection writes to the room type's exelyId field.
  2. For each rate plan, pick the matching Exely rate plan code per room type. Stored as exelyRatePlanCode on the rate side.
  3. Push initial inventory and verify on the Exely side.

Daily flow

Saves in HotelBee push inventory automatically; reservations come back via webhook. Use manual push for safety-net syncs after outages. To deactivate (for testing or off-season), click Deactivate — mappings are preserved for re-activation.
