How to connect HotelRunner
HotelRunner is one of the four channel managers HotelBee supports alongside Channex (default), Beds24, and Webhotelier. The connection model is credential-based and the daily flow mirrors Channex once mapped.
Setup
- In your HotelRunner account, generate an API token (Settings → API).
- In HotelBee: Settings → Integrations → HotelRunner. Paste the token and your HotelRunner property identifier.
- Click Activate. The integration status flips to active.
- Map your HotelBee room types to HotelRunner room IDs and rate plans to HotelRunner rate plan codes.
- Push initial inventory and verify on the HotelRunner side.
Daily flow
Same shape as Channex — every save in HotelBee pushes inventory automatically; reservations come back via webhook. Use the manual push and pull buttons in the integrations panel for safety-net syncs after outages or bulk changes. For OTA-side setup (adding Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), use HotelRunner's own UI — that part is not embedded in HotelBee for HotelRunner the way it is for Channex.
