Does the PMS work offline?
The HotelBee PMS is cloud-native, so it needs an internet connection to sync. The check-in flow has a graceful offline fallback that keeps capturing arrivals if your connection drops, everything queues and syncs the moment you are back online.
Can multiple staff use it at the same time?
