Can I run a spa, gym and pool from one module?
Yes. Spa booking grid, class schedules, trainer rosters, member access and resource scheduling all live in one module. Each operation has its own settings, hours, pricing and access rules, but they share the same calendar, guest profile and folio.
Do you support members, not just hotel guests?
Yes. Members and hotel guests share the same profile system but with their own access scopes and pricing. Day-pass support for hotel guests, monthly / annual member tiers, family memberships and corporate programmes are all supported.
What access hardware do you support?
RFID readers (most major brands), NFC wristbands, QR-code scanners and PIN code keypads. We integrate with Salto KS and HID directly. Other readers can typically be wired through Wiegand or OSDP, talk to us about your specific setup.
Can guests book a treatment from their phone before arrival?
Yes. The pre-arrival upsell flow in the Guest Experience module pulls live availability from the spa grid. Treatments booked pre-arrival are auto-confirmed against the therapist roster and charged to the room at check-out.
How are recurring classes and waitlists handled?
Recurring class schedules with per-class capacity. When a class fills, additional bookings join a waitlist; we auto-promote from the waitlist if a cancellation happens, with SMS / WhatsApp confirmation.
Can I migrate from Mindbody or another spa system?
Yes. We have a migration path from Mindbody and most spa-specific systems, member records, treatment menus, gift cards and class schedules. Migration is part of onboarding for properties on paid plans.
