Loyalty rides on the same wallet ledger as the rest of HotelBee. There are no points to mint, sync or expire on a separate schedule, the credit simply appears in the guest’s balance.

    Turn on the program

    Enable loyalty once in settings. Pick the currency, the wallet credit product and the POS points that wallet earning runs through, and you are live.

    Set the earn rules

    Choose a percentage of POS spend to give back and a fixed value per room-night. Scope each one to the outlets, products and room types that should count.

  3. 03

    Guests earn as they go

    A paid check at an eligible POS point credits its share automatically. A completed booking credits its nights. The guest’s wallet ticks up without anyone keying anything.

    They spend it from the QR

    Earned credit sits in the same wallet as anything they topped up, so the waiter scans the same QR and the reward pays for the next round, or a freebie, on the spot.

    Earned credit is spendable exactly like bought credit, drawn down soonest-to-expire first, scanned from the same guest QR at any outlet that takes the wallet.

  • Self-correcting on edits & voids

    Re-firing on an edited order never double-credits, and an order edited down or a voided check reverses the matching reward automatically. The balance always reflects what really happened.

  • Fund freebies, your way

    Because the reward is spendable credit, “a free drink after five” is just credit the guest earned, redeemed at the bar. No special coupon logic, no separate freebie module to maintain.
