Build & rehearse
Your HotelBee account is rebuilt, calendar, rates, channels, payments, users. We run a full rehearsal with your team on real data, no surprises.
Days 4–5 - 04
Cut over, side-by-side
On go-live day, channels and bookings flip to HotelBee. Your old PMS stays read-only for 30 days so nothing is ever out of reach.

Aftercare
