Guest communication agent
Drafts replies to inquiries, pre-arrival messages and post-stay follow-ups. Always in your tone, always reviewable, always sent by your team. Never on autopilot without consent.
Bee AI reads across reservations, channels, F&B, payments and guest data. It drafts replies, suggests prices, watches for anomalies, and answers questions in plain language. Currently in private early access; join the waitlist to get hands-on.

Bee AI focuses on the three places hospitality teams burn the most time: replies to guests, decisions on rates, and the question "how are we actually doing?". Each is a focused capability, all sharing the same context.
Drafts replies to inquiries, pre-arrival messages and post-stay follow-ups. Always in your tone, always reviewable, always sent by your team. Never on autopilot without consent.
Watches demand, events, competitor rates and your own pickup curve. Suggests rate moves with a clear rationale, your team approves before anything pushes to channels.
Ask anything about your property: "how was last weekend versus the same weekend last year?", "which channel had the lowest cancel rate?". Answered with the underlying numbers.
Pickup, occupancy and revenue forecasts that learn from your booking patterns, your seasonality and local events. Always shown with confidence intervals, never as a single number.
When pickup is below pace, when a channel is suddenly cheaper than direct, or when ADR drops without an obvious reason, Bee AI flags it before the GM has to spot it.
Bee AI runs against your HotelBee data inside HotelBee's European infrastructure. No third-party sharing, no model training on your data, full GDPR posture.
AI in hospitality has to earn trust before it earns autonomy. Every Bee AI capability is built so a human approves before anything visible changes: replies sent, rates pushed, forecasts shared.
When a guest asks about parking, a late check-out, or whether the spa is open Sunday, Bee AI drafts the reply in your tone, with the right answer pulled from your knowledge base and PMS context. The front desk reads, edits if needed, and sends. Nothing goes out without a human.

Every suggested rate move comes with the data behind it: pickup vs pace, competitor moves, local events, segment mix. Your revenue manager reads the rationale, approves or edits, and the new rate pushes through the channel manager. No hidden algorithms, no surprise drops.

"How is this weekend pacing vs last year?" "Which segment cancelled the most last month?" "What's the highest-margin room type?" Bee AI answers in plain language, citing the underlying numbers. Every answer links to a live dashboard you can verify.

No external connectors required. Bee AI reads from the same data layer the rest of HotelBee writes to. The richer the platform usage, the more context Bee AI has.
Bee AI did not replace anyone. It gave the team an extra hour every morning. The reply drafts are usually right, the rate suggestions force the conversation, and the plain-language Q&A means the GM can answer the owner without opening a single dashboard.
Bee AI is most useful when the rest of HotelBee is doing the work. The richer the platform footprint, the more context Bee AI has to draft, suggest and answer.
Bee AI is currently in private early access, with limited cohorts onboarded each quarter. We prioritise properties already running multiple HotelBee modules, the more data Bee AI has to learn from, the more useful it is on day one. Join the waitlist and we will reach out as a slot opens.
Pricing for general availability is still being finalised, we are testing several models with the early-access cohort to land on something fair and predictable. Properties on the waitlist will get pricing details before general launch.
No. Every Bee AI agent is built human-in-the-loop. Replies are drafted but not sent. Rate moves are suggested but not pushed. Reports are answered with citations to the underlying data. Your team approves before anything visible changes.
Your hotel data stays inside HotelBee's European infrastructure. Bee AI runs on the same data the rest of HotelBee operates on, no separate exports, no third-party sharing, no model training on your data without explicit consent.
We use a mix of best-in-class foundation models depending on the task, fast cheap models for low-stakes drafting, larger reasoning-capable models for revenue analysis and plain-language Q&A. Model choice is opaque to the user; you only see the suggestions, with the data they were grounded in.
English fully supported in early access. Albanian, Italian, German and Spanish are on the early-access roadmap, with the full HotelBee language set to follow at general availability.
