How to View Guest Card Details on Channel Manager and Website

HotelBee is an all-in-one hotel management program offering PMS, POS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Payments, and a complete Guest Experience solution, designed specifically for independent hotels and small chains. Thanks to its modular structure and pay-per-use pricing model, each hotel can tailor the system to fit its own needs.

One of the most requested features by front desk staff is the ability to view a guest's card details, which can be done in two ways: through the Channel Manager or through reservations made via the hotel's website. Below are the steps for each option.

Option 1: Viewing Card Details in the Channel Manager

  1. Log in to the Dashboard – After signing in to the system, you will be directed to the main page (Dashboard) of HotelBee.
  2. Locate the "Recent Bookings" section – On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see the "Recent Bookings" list, which displays the hotel's most recent reservations.
