Plan tiers
Bronze / Silver / Gold, named tiers, day-pass to annual, model the hierarchy your buyers actually shop for, with per-tier pricing, perks and access scope.
A full membership and subscription module, gym, spa, pool, hotel club, corporate retainers, F&B subscriptions, running on the same guest database, payment rails and access hardware as the rest of HotelBee. Stop paying a separate SaaS to bill the people already in your system.

Most hotels run a wellness membership in one tool, a corporate retainer in a spreadsheet, and a hotel-club tier in nothing at all. HotelBee Memberships is the single home for every recurring relationship, wired into the same guest profile, the same folio, and the same payment rails as the rest of the platform.
Bronze / Silver / Gold, named tiers, day-pass to annual, model the hierarchy your buyers actually shop for, with per-tier pricing, perks and access scope.
Mix monthly and annual cadences on the same plan. Prorated upgrades, downgrades and tier switches without manual recalculation.
One billing contact, multiple member profiles. Shared access, individual usage caps, separate folios where it matters.
Sell a retainer to a corporate account: one invoice, many users, configurable seat allocations, optional cost centres for the AP team on the other end.
First-week trials, three-month intro pricing, founder-tier lifetime rates, model any onboarding offer without writing a custom flow.
Members pause for travel, cancel mid-month, reactivate after the holidays, all from the member portal, all reflected on the access ledger in real time.
Smart dunning on Stripe rails, automatic retries on the right cadence, in-app and email reminders, with a clear path to hard cancel only when the relationship is genuinely over.
Members manage payment methods, change plan, pause, book classes and view their access history, without ever calling the front desk.
Sell a one-off gift that activates on the recipient's first redemption. Branded delivery email, optional voucher code, full revenue recognised on activation.
A real recurring-revenue dashboard, monthly recurring revenue, gross and net churn, lifetime value by tier, cohort retention curves. The numbers SaaS founders watch, for hospitality.
A hotel membership is not a Netflix subscription. The buyer is sometimes a guest, sometimes a corporate AP team; the access scope changes by tier, by season, by floor; and the billing has to land on the same folio as the spa charge they made yesterday. The module is built around that reality.
Define plans (Gym, Spa, Pool, Hotel Club, Corporate Retainer, F&B Club) and tiers within each (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Per-tier pricing, perks, access scope, included credits and add-on rules. Mix monthly and annual cadences on the same plan; intro pricing and trials live next to the standard rate, not in a separate "promotions" tool.

Members log in to manage their payment method, change plan, pause for travel, book classes, redeem perks and view access history. Every common action is one tap, on mobile. The front desk only gets involved when the member explicitly asks, not when their card expires.

Failed payment? Stripe retries on a sensible cadence; the member sees a friendly nudge in the portal; the front desk does not get a panicked email. A real dashboard shows MRR, gross and net churn, LTV by tier, and cohort retention, so the GM can see whether the new Gold tier is actually working without a finance team writing SQL.

Stripe for the payment rails, the Wellness module for the door, the PMS for the folio, and the rest of HotelBee for everything in between. Memberships are not a side product, they are part of the same operation.
We were running gym memberships in one app, corporate dinner-club retainers in a Google Sheet, and our hotel-loyalty tier in nothing at all. Now everything renews on the same rails, with the same member portal, and lands on the same folio when they walk in. We finally know what membership revenue actually contributes, and our churn dropped because the dunning is doing its job.
Memberships do not sit alone, every membership touches the door, the folio, the payment rail and the guest profile. The modules below are the ones that close the loop.
Wellness is the operational side, the spa booking grid, the class schedule, the door access. Memberships is the recurring-revenue side, plan tiers, billing, dunning, churn, MRR. They share the same member profile and access ledger, so a Gold member booking a yoga class and a Gold member having their card retried after a failed renewal both happen in the same system. You can run either module on its own; running them together means the door, the booking grid and the recurring revenue line up automatically.
Gym, spa and pool memberships, hotel-club tiers, corporate retainers (one invoice, many users), F&B subscriptions (dinner clubs, monthly meal plans), seasonal beach-club passes, anything that recurs. Each plan has its own tiers, perks, access scope and billing cadence, so you can model very different products in the same module.
Yes. Corporate plans support a billing contact (the AP team) separate from the member profiles. One invoice, configurable seat allocations, optional cost centres on the invoice for the corporate buyer's internal accounting. Members can be added or removed mid-cycle with prorated billing.
Smart dunning on Stripe rails, automatic retries on a sensible cadence (not aggressive, not too lax), in-app and email reminders to the member, a clear in-portal path to update the card, and a hard-cancel guardrail only when the relationship is genuinely over. The front desk is not paged for a card update.
Yes. The self-service member portal lets members update payment methods, change tier, pause for travel, cancel, reactivate, book classes and view their access history. Most common actions never reach the front desk. Properties that prefer a concierge model can disable specific self-service actions per plan.
Yes. Gift memberships are a first-class object, sold as a one-off (cash, card, on-folio), delivered to the recipient via a branded email with an optional voucher code, and activated on the recipient's first redemption. Revenue is recognised on activation, not on sale.
A real recurring-revenue dashboard. MRR, gross and net churn, LTV by tier, cohort retention curves, expansion revenue, win-back conversion. The numbers SaaS founders watch, applied to your hotel's recurring lines. Drill from any number into the underlying members in one click.
Free plan available. No credit card required. Most properties move their first plan onto HotelBee Memberships in under an afternoon and run a parallel month before switching off the old tool.
