HotelBee Inc. – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to HotelBee! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HotelBee property management software (“Service”), provided by HotelBee Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

b. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, impair anyone else’s use of the Service, or violate any laws or regulations.

HotelBee respects your privacy and handles your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using HotelBee, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment
a. Subscription Plans: The Service is available through different subscription plans. Details of the plans and pricing are available on our website.
b. Payment: You agree to pay all fees specified in the subscription plan you select. Payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
c. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
HotelBee and its associated trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of HotelBee Inc. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on HotelBee without the prior written consent of HotelBee Inc.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelBee Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the Service.
10. Termination
HotelBee Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to HotelBee at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
12. Changes to Terms
HotelBee Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of HotelBee after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
